With the reliable Swiss meringue technique, Tara will share her techniques on how to make the perfect macaron. Learn how to make macaron batter, mix colors to your shells, pipe, and add finishing decorative touches. This class is timely preparation for all of your holiday baking!
The class includes: Equipment and ingredients, One dozen macarons (your creation) in a pastry box & Macaron recipes
Flavors include: salted dark chocolate, white chocolate peppermint ganache, and pumpkin spice coffee buttercream.
Additional Information:
This class is perfect for families, friends and couples. The minimum age is 10, and any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an enrolled adult.
You will be working in groups of 4.
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class so
please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, and have long hair tied back.
Class duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
